When will I receive my order?

If you placed your order Monday - Thursday before 3pm, it will be dispatched same day (unless otherwise stated at the checkout or on our Instagram page) by Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked service. Royal Mail recommend this can take 1-2 working days (we find that the majority of the time you will receive it the following day but it is not guaranteed unfortunately). 

If you place your order Friday - Sunday, it will be dispatched Monday via the same service as above.

What happens after I order?

In order to reduce our carbon foot print, you will not find any paperwork or unnecessary plastic packaging in your order.

Please look out for your order confirmation email, order dispatch email (which will include your tracking details) and any other correspondence in your inbox. Occasionally this can end up in your junk mail. So please check here too.

How can I return an item? 

We hope you love your Mana Mou purchases, but if you do wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date you received your order, to send it back to us. 

For help with returns, just drop us an email to hello@manamou.co.uk, letting us know your order number, which item/s you wish to return and why. We always try our best to respond to you within 48 hours. (This does not include weekends, as we are usually busy selling in person to you lovely people Friday - Sunday!) 

We're sorry but as a small business we won't be able to refund your delivery or returns postage costs. (We hope to be able to one day in the future!)

Please remember when returning items, you must include your order number so we know who to process the refund to.

I'm local...

As many of our life-long and loyal customers will remember, we started Mana Mou Boutique with house parties, local events and then a small market stall in Hemel Hempstead. Later, expanding to the famous St Albans Market.

In more recent times, due to our online expansion you will now find us based purely online, alongside our shopping appointments at our industrial 'unit'. You can book a time slot to suit you, via email or DM on our social media platforms. Bring a friend if you wish and see all our items IRL (in real life) with no pressure.

What does one size fits all mean?

Most of our items are sized as 'one size' or 'free size'. This means that the item will fit most sizes, depending on the style, fit and length you prefer. This is perfect in our household, as it means our items can be shared amongst all of us!

However, if you're a little unsure about the sizing, look to the item's description, as we always try to add a guide size to the item.
