When will I receive my order?

If you placed your order Monday - Friday before 3pm, it will be dispatched same day (unless otherwise stated at the checkout or on our Instagram page) by Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked service. Royal Mail recommend this can take 1-2 working days (we find that the majority of the time you will receive it the following day but it is not guaranteed unfortunately). Royal Mail will deliver on a Saturday in certain areas.

If you place your order after 3pm Friday - Sunday, it will be dispatched Monday via the same service as above. 

If you have any further queries please email us regarding delivery times. 

Christmas delivery 2022

Last order date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is Thursday 22nd December at 1pm.

We will continue dispatching all orders as usual over the Christmas period, however delivery dates can not be guaranteed after the above date due to the bank holidays.

No orders will be dispatched between 24th - 26th December.

Royal Mail Update 

Please note that our usual 24 hour tracked service may be taking a little longer at the moment due to the Royal Mail Strikes. Please allow a few extra days before contacting us, You can check your parcel with the tracking details found on your dispatch email.

What happens after I order?

In order to reduce our carbon foot print, you will not find any paperwork or unnecessary plastic packaging in your order.

Please look out for your order confirmation email, order dispatch email (which will include your tracking details) and any other correspondence in your inbox. Occasionally this can end up in your junk mail, so please check here too.

How can I return an item? 

We hope you love your Mana Mou purchases, but if you do wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date you received your order, to send it back to us. 

For help with returns, just drop us an email to hello@manamou.co.uk, letting us know your order number, which item/s you wish to return and why. We always try our best to respond to you within 48 hours (Monday - Friday).

We're sorry but as a small business we won't be able to refund your delivery or returns postage costs. (We hope to be able to one day in the future!)

Please remember when returning items, you must include your order number so we know who to process the refund to. 

Please note: NO RETURNS/REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS. 

If you do return an item outside the 14 day period, you may be refunded via credit note.
